The First Real Estate Co. B.S.C.(c) was initially formed as an equal partnership between Kooheji Contractors W.L.L., Bahrain and Al-Mal Real Estate Co., Kuwait. Even after the Company was converted into a Bahrain Shareholder company, Kooheji Contractors continued to hold significant investments in the Company.
