Within less than a year since its launch in October 2022, the project has astoundingly achieved 61% construction completion. This rapid progression is testament to Kooheji ‘s commitment to timely delivery and excellence. Highlighting the construction milestones, there's notable structural progress from the 28th to 29th floors, substantial blockwork and plastering on the 4th floor Parking Level, and continuous advancements in interior works.
