Kooheji Contractors was appointed as the main contractor to the design and build of Marassi Boulevard. The project is located in Diyar Al Muharraq in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in a prime position of the boulevard that drives through the heart of “Marassi” Master plan. Very close to the main highway that crosses the northern side of Diyar Al Muharraq, Marassi Boulevard consists of four main components: residential buildings, retail and F&B outlets on the ground floor, the podium to accommodate several amenities, and basement parking.

The Plot area of 11,413 sq.m with 243 apartments unit is consisting of four premium residential plots, 75, 77a, 77b and 77c, which are situated along the main boulevard and are in close proximity of the mall, central park and the beachfront.
