Construction work - from the pile cap to final completion, including testing and commissioning - was carried out by Kooheji Contractors in 72 weeks for the biggest IKEA store in the Gulf region, located in Salmabad. With a total retail area of 37,000 

sqm., the project involved 35,000 cubic meters of cast-in-place concrete, 48,500 m2 of precast elements and 3000 tons of steel erection.
