Engr. Abdulraheem Abdulhameed Al Kooheji is a Graduate Civil Engineer with MBA, has around 20 years of experience in the areas of strategy; planning; estimation; tendering; auditing; project management; construction management; integrated management systems; commercial affairs and contract management.
Managing consultants, clients, architects, site engineers, inter-disciplinary engineers, various administration departments and top management to ensure project construction is achieved as per the assigned timelines. Handled various projects of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings, Construction and maintenance works of US Navy.
Actively handled the preparation of tender specifications & finalization of requirements, evaluation & execution of (Sub) Contracting Works. Engr. Abdulraheem Al Kooheji has excellent analytical and negotiation skills with proven ability in managing complex projects.

Eng. Al Kooheji is the CEO of Kooheji Development, one of Bahrain’s leading real estate developers and an award-winning property development company that redefined the luxury lifestyle in residential towers.
He has over 18 years of deep experience in project development, with a track record in managing high-rise residential developments and urban development projects including Fontana series; Springfield series; SpringHill series; Seef Avenue, and ONYX Bahrain Bay.
His success in this highly competitive market is a direct result of his continued desire to provide a higher standard of living for his clients. Eng. AL Kooheji introduced Kooheji Development’s 14 Steps philosophy of the High-Rise Residential Towers project journey in a cohesive fully integrated methodology that creates winning real estate projects.
Graduated from Lincoln College of Engineering and Technology, University of Nebraska, USA with a degree in Construction Management, he is a Certified Constructor. He has also studied Driving Corporate Performance and Strategy at Harvard Business School.
